About Me

In the past five years, I’ve received my Bachelor’s Degree in English (Minor in Rhetoric), worked hard to earn a Graduate degree from the Guildhall at SMU, and continued that career with a Boom and a graceful glide into Firefall. I like to keep the mood light, the experiences interesting, and my work engaging.

I’m always on the prowl for fun and exciting experiences, a passion that led me head-first into the field of game design. My experience in storytelling on stage and in writing naturally led me to combine these with my love for games, a visual medium that always challenges its creators.

As a game and level designer, I’ve worked hard to develop a variety of technical, artistic, and theoretical skills. In the work currently posted, I’ve focused on engaging gameplay, compelling spaces, and a commitment to improvement through iteration. My interests include player engagement, encounter design, and nonlinearity. My strengths lie in my breadth of skills, effective communication, and my ability to develop, communicate, and execute a vision.

Welcome to my portfolio of work that I’ve done on various levels and games independently and on teams. Take a look around, and make sure to contact me at this link.
